Seeing Reese Witherspoon bring her Elle Woods look from Legally Blonde back to life, is a blast from the past we didn’t know we needed. Not only Reese, but a few other celebrities also decided to re-create their most iconic looks from movies or galas, for our pleasure.

We at Bright Side found 13 celebrities and their old iconic looks and would love to show you how they made them look brand new, with a special bonus at the end of the article.

1. Alicia Silverstone in 1995 and in 2018

The beloved Alicia Silverstone gifted us with Cher Horowitz one more time on Lip Sync Battle in 2018.

2. Britney Spears in 1998 and in 2017

While Britney was re-creating her old look, she also brought back the beloved outfit from “…Baby One More Time.” It was a pleasant surprise to see this in 2017.

3. Will Smith in 1990 and in 2017

Back in 1990, Will Smith was loved for his character on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, where he played himself. In 2017, he and Ellen decided to re-create the intro.

4. Cate Blanchett in 2015 and in 2020

Cate Blanchett has a lot of Iconic looks, and she’s re-created a few of them over time. One of our Cate re-creations is exactly this one, where she brings the gorgeous dark blue dress she wore in 2015 back to life.

The star of Hocus Pocus gave fans what they wanted during the 2016 Hulaween Bash in New York: the revival of Winifred Sanderson.

One of the voices of 98 Degrees decided to bring back his beloved ’90s look, where he uses a tank top and points one finger at his tattoo, which in recent years the artist has gotten covered up.

Cheer needs no introduction. In 2017, she decided to bring back an all-time favorite. A look she had previously worn in 1989.

This Kim K. picture might look the same, but it’s not. These were actually taken 2 years apart, that’s how flawlessly she re-created her own look.

Elle Woods, the character Reese portrays in Legally Blonde, decided to show up again in 2016, it’s like a time-machine minus the dog.

Gwen Stefani got nostalgic about her old look and decided to bring back her iconic blue hair.

12. Naomi Campbell in 1998, and in 2015

Having first worn this iconic look in 1998 in France, during the Défilé Versace, Naomi Campbell decided to bring it back for the Fragrance Foundation Awards.

13. Kate Moss in 1998, and in 2004

Kate Moss decided to re-create her famous 1998 Cannes look, wearing it again in 2014 to Coty’s 100th Anniversary Celebration.

Bonus: Angelina Jolie in 2019

Angelina Jolie recreated her iconic outfit from the movie Maleficient 2, right at its world premiere. Even though it doesn’t look exactly the same, it’s still super gorgeous.
